H. 南開大學 遠程教育的 文憑 是否有用

南開大學是教育部批准了68所高等學校開展現代遠程教育試點之一，對這68所高校培養的達到本、專科畢業要求的網路教育學生，由學校按照國家有關規定頒發高等教育學歷證書，學歷證書電子注冊後，國家予以承認。

I. 南開大學網路教育

確實有不少地方開設了南開大學網路教育，有正規的也有非正規的，一般而言南開大學網回絡教育有兩種平答台，高校直屬平台(包括校外學習中心的)和奧鵬平台的，無論哪種平台都是國家承認的就讀南開大學網路教育的平台。至於保過協議，那在法律上是不受保護的，也就是無效的，那隻是個別機構為了招攬生源而設置的，如果確實想達到「保障」的效力，最好還是簽訂個就讀服務協議。另外學費也要步驟而不是一股腦全部交清學費。含金量方面尚可，比起自考稍遜色點，不過和自考一樣屬於國民教育系列，在學信網可以查到學籍和學歷信息，選擇報讀何種學歷形式主要看什麼用途。
