網路教育的英來語統考是由國源家統考辦統一規劃出題，在學習中心所在地的電大組織考試，監考由電大委派，巡考省級教育主管部門或者高校安排，不過如果你有公共英語三級或者英語四六級證書，可以申請免考。
學位英語則是由主辦高校統一組織，同樣在學習中心所在地的電大組織考試，監考由電大委派。難度應該差不多。只是個別高校規定，如果學生有公共英語三級或者英語四六級證書，可以申請免考學位英語。南大是否有這個規定，需要你去和你報名學習中心去核實一下。

統考英語考試：簡單的說是拿畢業證必須要通過的考試，而且只針對網路教育專升本層次，統考的主要科目就是：大學英語和計算機應用基礎，想順利畢業這兩門是必須要考過的，這兩門都考過了，不會給你發什麼證，僅僅就是意味著你有資格畢業。

㈩ 網路教育統考英語沒過怎麼辦

一、加強對英語的學習，繼續參加下一次的統考。

二、如果有下列條件，是可以免考的：

1、已具有國民教育系列本科以上學歷(含本科)的學生，可免考全部統考科目；

2、除計算機類專業學生外，獲得全國計算機等級考試一級、或一級A、或一級B或以上級別證書者可免考「計算機應用基礎」; 其他計算機等級證書獲得者不能免考該課程；

3、除英語專業學生外，獲得大學英語等級考試(CET)4級或以上級別證書者、全國公共英語等級考試(PETS)三級或以上級別證書者、省級教育行政部門組織的成人教育學位英語考試合格證書者，可免考「大學英語」；

4、在入學注冊時年齡滿40周歲的非英語專業學生可免考「大學英語」;

5、除英語專業考生外，戶籍在少數民族聚居地區的少數民族學生(參見《教育部關於開展現代遠程教育試點高校網路教育部分公共基礎課全國統一考試試點工作的實施意見》(教高[2004]5號)的附件：免考「大學英語」的少數民族學生的界定)可免考「大學英語」。

(10)網路教育的英文擴展閱讀

補考

學生在修業年限內可以多次參加統考, 每次參考門次由學生自己選定。學生在修業年限內將應考課程全部考試合格，畢業時方可取得教育部高等教育學歷證書電子注冊資格。

統考免考條件中對相關免考證書時間和有效期

(1)統考報名時持有免考條件中規定的本科以上畢業證書或英語類證書、計算機類證書者均可按有關規定申請免考統考全部科目或相應科目。

(2)相關免考證書的時效以證書本身的有效期為准。

統考免考申請表及免考手續

(1)統考免考申請表由網考辦統一製作，各網路教育學院或校外學習中心從網上自行下載。

(2)辦理免考的程序是：

①學生持免考證明原件到所在校外學習中心申請免考;

②校外學習中心對學生的免考證明原件進行初審，初審合格填寫「免考申請表」;

③校外學習中心向網路教育學院報送學生的免考證明原件的掃描件(注:不是復印件)和「免考匯總表」，網路教育學院對免考申請材料進行審核;

④網路教育學院將本院「免考匯總表」統一報送網考辦審核備案。

免考學生名單報送備案

免考學生名單由網路教育學院在每次統考報名時同時辦理。報送方式採用書面和電子文檔的形式;報送數據除學生基本信息數據外，主要是「免考原因及免考代碼」，以網考辦設計的「免考匯總表」上的要求為准。

課程免考：

持有國家承認的本科及以上畢業證書者，可免考全部教育部統考課程。

學生可憑已修國民教育系列(普通高考、成人高考、自學考試、網路教育)相同課程合格成績單(四年內有效)，在專業教學計劃范圍內申請課程免考。通過其它渠道(如會計執業資格考試、計算機等級考試、英語等級考試等)獲得的成績，凡符合北外網院相關規定的，可申請相應課程免考。

報讀非英語專業的學生，入學注冊時年滿28周歲的高起專、高起本層次的學生或入學注冊時年滿40周歲的專升本層次的學生，可申請免考課程計劃中的大學英語系列課程。

註：申請課程學分互認、免考的總學分不超過應修總學分的30%。
