『柒』 從《幼兒教育心理學》看高端英語怎麼學

從一名心理學研究生身份的角度告訴你，你學學前教育是最好的！

1、教育學考研人數非常多，所以教育學研究生基本沒什麼價值，只是很多在職人員「鍍金」用的，只為了所謂的「研究生」文憑，應屆生的就業率低的可憐。主要是在中小學當行政人員。該類專業學生畢業的工資全國范圍在1000~3000每月。全國人員飽滿！

2、心理學的研究生的就業主要是兩方面，一是學校，一般是在二本院校當輔導員（發展、基礎心理學），或者是到公司當一般員工（管理心理學），做HR。總之，該類專業學生畢業的工資全國范圍在2000~4000每月。除心理咨詢方向的，全國有緊缺，其他方向的心理學，基本無緊缺。

3、學前教育的就業前景是最好的，因為中國自古就有「不能輸在起跑線上」的思想，所以家長對學前非常看重。值得注意的是，國內的學前教育市場是非常大的，平均全國緊缺10萬到50萬人員。另外，隨著國內資金的流動開始向民生方向流動，國家對基礎教育的投資不斷增大，所以其就業前景一片大好。很多學前教育的學生還沒有畢業就被各大幼兒園、小學預定。生源供不應求。工資一般在3000~10000左右。而且作為老師，會有寒暑假，可以自己在家辦暑假班，掙外快，這是前兩種專業無法比擬的，一般是每個幼兒（1~6歲）每月不包伙食800~1500左右，很可觀的一筆錢啊！

我是重慶的，現在就讀學前教育專業本科，以前實習時，了解到幼兒園教師工資並不高，合同制教師七八百，正式教師也才1500左右，待遇不怎麼樣。因此，我對這個專業工資待遇不滿意，才想到是否跨專業考研。
回答：
那是因為你沒在好的工作單位！蘇州的絕大多數幼兒園老師的工資都在3000以上，有些私立的幼兒園基本在4000以上。你所謂的那麼低的工資，估計幼兒園不怎麼的！鄭州的實驗幼兒園的基本工資可是8000以上，每個兒童的學費，一年50000。我阿姨家的孩子就在那裡面上！
追問：
我實習的幼兒園還是公辦幼兒園，要是私立幼兒園工資更低！可能重慶的幼教行業沒有蘇州搞得好吧！
回答：
幼兒園有區別，幼擔緝曹墾丨舊查馴腸沫兒園老師也是有區別的！你所提到的情況，是個別情況，幼兒園老師工資那麼低，估計那些老師的學歷也一般，估計是什麼專科之類畢業的。那些老師的工資低，不是專業的原因，也不是幼兒園的原因，而是老師自身的原因！

我同學母親是福州市某幼兒園的退休的老師，她的退休金每年就是2萬左右！

個人能力不行，學哪個專業，畢業後的工資都不會高！

那些老師還是很多是本科學歷，但待遇都比較低。你們那邊工資待遇很高，可能是因為你們的物價比較高吧！

An Introction to Ecational Psychology

The definitions of schooling and ecation immediately raise some important issues: What is the nature of a human being and what is the nature of the society or culture in which the child is expected to be successful? These larger questions are addressed to some extent in ecational psychology courses, but are more readily addressed in developmental psychology and foundations of ecation courses. That is why these courses are prerequisites to courses in ecational psychology.

Ecational Psychology is a combination or overlapping of two separate fields of study. The first is psychology, which can be defined as the scientific study of the mind and behavior (or behavior and mental processes), especially as it relates to indivial human beings. Note that it is the scientific study of mind or mental processes (covert or internal) as well as behavior (overt or external). People who study psychological phenomena are not necessarily limited to the study of human beings (a large body of research relating to animals has been developed) nor are they limited to only studying indivials. However, when studying groups of indivials, the focus is generally on how indivials perform within the group rather than the study of the group as a whole. Scientists who study animals and people in terms of group- and institutional-behavior generally align themselves with sociology while indivials who focus on human culture and belief systems generally align themselves with anthropology.

The second field of study with which ecational psychology aligns itself is ecation or more specifically schooling, as defined above. That is, the primary focus of this subdiscipline of psychology is the scientific study of mind and behavior (or mental processes and behavior) in the context of formally socializing and developing the potential of indivial human beings.

Ecational psychology is therefore a distinct scientific discipline within psychology that includes both methods of study and a resulting knowledge base. It is concerned primarily with understanding the processes of teaching and learning that take place within formal environments and developing ways of improving the affiliated operations and proceres. Ecational psychologists are interested in a wide variety of topics such as learning theories; teaching methods; motivation; cognitive, emotional, and moral development; and parent/child relationships.
