兩個騙子:陛下,請看,多麼美麗的布!
皇 帝:難道我愚蠢嗎?不!我不能讓別人知道(心裡所想)。這布太漂亮了!我十二分滿意。（目光看起來十分高興）
隨 員:陛下,真是美極了!您就用這美麗的布料去做成衣服,參加遊行大典吧。
旁 白：皇帝答應了，並且封兩個騙子為爵士和御聘織師，還贈送一枚可以掛在扣眼上的勛章。到快要進行遊行大典的時候，皇帝就和他的騎士取衣服。
兩個騙子：尊敬的陛下，請看！多麼美麗！（舉起雙手指）這是褲子，這是袍子，這是外衣，這些衣服十分的輕柔，穿在人身上跟沒有似的，也正是它的優點。
騎 士：沒錯。
