考全國卷實際是對語法要求降低了。語法填空題只需要掌握形容詞副詞的功能，版非謂語，時態，定語權從句等就可以了。但全國卷這樣的設計也還是有問題的，語法填空題完全可以放到完形填空中去考查。感覺還是原來的單選選擇題更能促使學生學好英語。
不管怎樣，語法還是要學好的，閱讀需要它來分析句子，作文需要它來驗證句子對錯，短文改錯更是離不開語法。
學語法推薦使用《高中英語語法通霸》，這本書是按考點編的，講一個考點練一個考點，所以效果很好。學語法沒有針對性很強的練習題等於紙上談兵。網上能下載部分內容。
