我读了数百个经典小故事后，觉得《重要的尾数》这个故事和其中的道理令我印象最深刻。
故事的内容是一个年轻人到某公司应聘，在最后一轮面试中，主持人出了一道笔试题：假定公司派你去采购2000支铅笔，你要带多少钱？第一个应聘者的答案是120美元，他解释说，采购2000支铅笔可能要100美元，其他杂用就算20美元吧。第二个应聘者的答案是110美元，他解释道：2000支铅笔要100美元，另外需要10美元左右。最后轮到这位年轻人，他的答卷上写的是113.86美元，主持人很惊奇，要求应试人解释，这位年轻人说：“铅笔每枝5美分，2000支是100美元。从公司到这个工厂，乘汽车来回票价4.8美元；午餐费2美元；从工厂到汽车站为半英里，请搬运工人需要1.5美元……因此，总费用为113.86美元。”
